Deposits/Cancellations

SuperFun requires a 50% deposit for parties of five or more which can be made via credit/debit card. We do not run your card unless you cancel your tour less than 72 hours before our meeting time. We do this because we have a limited season, and depend on our bookings. If we have to cancel your trip due to adverse weather or any other reason, your deposit will be refunded. All of our trips are weather dependent and can be cancelled due to high winds, rough seas, lighting and rain. We request a contact phone number where you can be reached the night before or the morning of the trip in case there is a last minute change or cancellation because of the weather.
